Dec 28 2017 Year in Review

2017 shaped up to be an amazing year: we celebrated our 20th anniversary, traveled thousands of miles across the country and abroad, signed on 274 new dealers, launched 5 major new products, redesigned our entire line of ultra-thin and flagship speakers, restored our very own 1967 Airstream, hosted 7 Leon Loft performances, and worked on some of our largest projects yet—from outfitting the new Apple Park with audio, to creating custom speakers for some of our favorite musicians like Mike Gordon from Phish, LP, Colin Hay, and Johnnyswim. It's been a wild ride and the journey is just beginning. Thank you for being here with us every step of the way.

At Leon, art is infused in everything we do, and it’s always been important to us to find ways to support the arts—both in our local community and afar. This year, Swiss-artist @yannick.mosimann was the winner of the @aafilmfest "Leon Speakers Award for Best Sound Design" for his film Piz Rigolith. The film itself is a true audiovisual journey, and we were intrigued to find out more about its inspiration and the creator behind it.
