Innovative Audio Video Designs

This 15,000 sq. ft. whole-home renovation was completed in under seven months and included an ambitious scope: 23 zones of TV, 38 zones of audio, 18 WAPs, and a complete power and lighting control infrastructure. In the family room, lounge, bar, and main bedroom, five Leon Studio Frames and perfectly matched FrameBars delivered the high-performance AV experience the client was looking for, while fulfilling the designer’s vision for a framed, artful aesthetic.

Wipliance

Wipliance’s Spokane showroom was designed to be a physical expression of the intersection of performance and design. With two of Leon’s Ente SoundTiles and a sleek Edge Media Frame on display, showroom visitors can experience for themselves how AV can be both immersive and beautiful.

Best Whole Home Install:

Monarch AV

An art-forward homeowner wanted to integrate immersive sound across 19 zones while preserving the home’s clean design. Leon architectural speakers and custom soundbars provided next-level sound and design throughout the entire house—including three Horizon Soundbars and an Illusion Moving Art Screen that displays the homeowner’s own original artwork at the push of a button.

Boca Tech and Automation

This whole-home project brought together Samsung’s The Frame TV, Sony flat panels, and Leon’s FrameBar and Horizon UX soundbars to create a unified, high-design experience across the family room, den, master suite, and great room. Leon’s ability to seamlessly match both dimensions and finishes kept each space looking balanced and artfully considered.

Best Media Decor Install:

Art of Possible

This 10-foot granite feature wall conceals an 83" TV behind a Leon Illusion Moving Art Screen. At the touch of a button, the fireplace turns off, artwork rolls up, and the display lowers into viewing position via a motorized lift—thanks to a custom Leon backbox designed to accommodate the motion and precision required.

When a client needed a Sony TV but loved the look of the Samsung Frame. Leon’s Studio Frame and FrameBar provided the perfect solution, delivering the desired design aesthetic without compromising on performance or functionality.

Wired Up AV

To deliver cinematic sound and design-forward style in this open-concept living room, Wired Up AV paired an 85” Frame TV with Leon’s FrameBar and Axis AxV80 Atmos speakers. The result was a powerful performance upgrade that thrilled both the homeowner and the designer.

Best Horizon Soundbar Install:

Coastal Smart Systems

Working in collaboration with interior designer Diana Hall, Coastal Smart Systems installed a sleek Horizon 44UX soundbar perfectly matched to the width of the TV in this cozy-yet-sophisticated family room. With all electronics neatly hidden in cabinetry below, the install’s clean lines and precise proportions deliver impressive performance without visual disruption.

Jerry’s Audio/Video

In this contemporary living space, a 98" Sony display is neatly flanked by Leon’s Profile Ultima multi-channel vertical side speakers—providing powerful sound while seamlessly fitting the TV to the scale of the 14-foot fireplace beneath.

Best Edge Media Frame Install:

Crescendo Designs

Without the ability to recess the TV into the wall, the design team at Crescendo Designs collaborated with the project’s architect to incorporate a Leon Edge Media Frame in a dark grain finish. Paired with a gunmetal designer grille fabric, the overall effect fits perfectly with the surrounding marble and lighting details to create a truly elegant focal point.

Best Architectural Speaker Install:

OneButton

Inside a repurposed 1800s rope factory, OneButton’s Brookyln loft artfully blends thoughtful AV design with industrial charm. A pair of Mera Sound Sconces provide light and sound in a sculptural, wall-mounted form, while Leon’s 25th Anniversary Edition Aaros A10-UT subwoofer enhances audio while complementing the colorful textured backdrop.

Best Sonos Solution Install:

Mozaic Smart Technology Design

When a designer was hesitant to add a large black TV above the fireplace, Mozaic turned to Leon’s Studio Frame and a custom-fabric TC Bar to create a solution that worked beautifully with the natural stonework and soft palette. The result satisfied both the homeowner’s performance goals and the designer’s aesthetic vision.

Best Commercial Install:

Presentation Products Inc.

In this headquarters relocation for Lord, Abbett & Co., one of the country’s oldest asset managers, Presentation Products used Leon’s TcFIT system and Profile speakers to deliver a refined AV experience in executive spaces. The final result integrated conferencing hardware into the architecture with a clean, built-in appearance.
